Winter at Errichel
Enjoy a luxury winter break at up to 20% less than the summer rate (1 December–28 February).
Whilst we cannot guarantee sunshine, or snow, we can promise a truly comfortable stay in a warm holiday home, with log fires, great central heating and spectacular views. If you love weather-watching, you can do it from the warmth and comfort of your holiday home as the Scottish Highlands can put on an awesome display and can offer some great photographic opportunities. From Errichel Farm’s elevated position, you can watch weather fronts pass over, bands of rain or snow sweep through the valley and enjoy spectacular sunsets from any of the large windows in your holiday home.
If you just need to have a change of scenery and recharge the batteries, why not visit Aberfeldy for a short break. This is the quiet season for the area, but there is still plenty to enjoy, from visiting the Watermill Bookshop or the Highland Chocolatier, going on a Highland Safari, yes – even whitewater rafting if you dare! We are just over an hour’s drive from Glenshee ski slopes where you can enjoy the raw beauty of the Scottish mountains in wintertime. The Scottish Crannog Centre nearby has a winter festival week (11–19 February 2012) and for more information about things to see and do in the area please visit our Things to see and do pages.
